Pioneer’s top-of-the-line DJM-2000 mixer is the next in line to join the “nexus” family, receiving a moderate makeover with upgrades. Most importantly, the mixer is now viewed as much more of a central unit, even more-so than before.
Using ProDJ Link LAN, users can effortlessly link up to 4 players and 2 laptops, while setting and controlling the master tempo from the mixer itself using the Sync Master option. Despite already having plenty of headroom, Pioneer have also added a peak limiter to this model, avoiding the possibility of distortion at high volumes.
